TL Vacuum Extruder serials are made of leading technique for high-grade extruded products by TELE professional team. The type B is the new generation of the serials with many advantageous and features. The most important feature of this machine is the high capacity of output and vacuum degrees, which means the higher strength of green tiles.
Thanks to the unique design and special made two key parts: the ultra-thick and high strength gears reduction device and the L-size augers made of fine casting resistant quench alloy steel, the mixing & kneading unit synchronized with extruding & vacuum-treating units droved by only one single 30 kilowatts motor but powerful extruding force to push the mixed, being vacuumed and extruded clay materials through casting-steel-structured barrels steadily and speedily to the mould forming continuous column with very low noise and vibration, and ensures a stable & reliable use as well as easy-to-change clay materials structure and notable low charges for electricity, Its up to 50% cut down of the electricity charges compared with the similar type. Through which when matched with TELE extruding mould series, the high quality of different styles of extruded products are made. Since the augers are made of special alloy steel, they are tested to support 3 times longer of the period of service life compared with others. The differences between type B and A are the structure and the way of shafts transferring.
