Features of Type TL-CXJ-400/320A

TL Vacuum Extruder serials are made of leading technique for high-grade extruded products by TELE professional team. The main feature of the type A is the high density and strength of being formed green tiles and reliable of use.

The taper designed barrel nose and the ultra-thick and high strength gears reduction device of this machine make the mixing & kneading unit synchronized with extruding & vacuum-treating units to push the mixed, being vacuumed and extruded clay materials through casting-steel-structured barrels steadily and speedily to the mould forming continuous column with very low noise and vibration, through which when matched with TELE extruding mould series, the high quality of density and strength and different characteristics of extruded products are made droved by one single 37 kilowatts motor of lower electricity charges up to 40% cut down and three shafts transferring. Since the augers are made of special alloy steel, they are tested to support 3 times longer of the period of service life compared with others.
